Back in 1931, during The Great Depression, Bob Knox and Oscar Schneider
decided to pool their meager resources and start a paper merchant house.
Against tremendous odds they succeeded because of their commitment to
excellence with customers and suppliers. Knox & Schneider continued
to set higher standards in the paper merchant industry for decades to
come, and in 1957 the company changed from a partnership to an employee
owned corporation. More than 45 years later, Knox & Schneider remains
a strong, vibrant, independent packaging distributor with the same commitment
